Every time a Child of God expresses a Judgment, the Universe hears a Child of God expressing they are lacking.
Lacking in Understanding.
Lacking in Acceptance.
Lacking in Tolerance.
Lacking in Patience.
So the Universe responds by creating situations where these qualities can be drawn forth from within us. So we won’t feel ourselves lacking any more. For a Child of God has full inheritance of the Kingdom.
It is no great feat to Accept the Acceptable, Tolerate the Tolerable or Understand the Understood. But to go beyond those limits, requires the expression of the Divinity within us and in so doing, leads to our Self recognition and Self realization.
So next time you think a judgment or say a judgment remember…
you’ve just called into existence whatever it is you’ve just judged.
and it will keep coming into existence so long as it is being qualified negatively.

Whenever I find myself judging something, I try to remember the last time I did something similar myself. It’s not usually hard to remember…

We’ve ALL been there and done that at one time or another. We ALL makes *mistakes*.
See? Forgiveness is for giving. If you had not learned to give it to yourself, for doing the very same thing, you would not have it to extend to another.
It’s why I call myself a “Complete Idiot”.
The change in response stops the cycle. We have accepted ‘it’ as a part of ourselves. And can now transform the negative charge on it. Being at Peace with something is an embracing state.

I wish everyone would think more like you; oops, am I being judgemental?
Whether I’m being judgemental or not, I do wish everyone would think more along your lines and stop fearing differences and the unknown.
Thanks so much for sharing. It’s always good to know that others are out there who share my, as my soul mate would say, “liberated way of thinking.” I think I’ll park here for a while and check out your thoughts.

NO wonder I am still spinning , still trapped in the circle of dizzyness. (not referring to blonde lol)
There are things that I think I have forgiven others for and later this same thing comes up and all the feelings of anger etc crops up again and I have to remember forgiveness again.
Cant wait to get past it so that things will settle down.
Its almost like a lot of panic attacks
The person has a panic attack and wonders why because they were not stressed out or any other reason for having one. The brain organ remembers a reaction you had years ago and gives the same reaction weather you need it or not. Replacing that reaction is the key but how do you do it?
I could take the easy way out of forgiveness and get a Lobatomy,but because I still havn’t overcome the problem they would probably screw it up and I would end up with more problems just because i didnt get past forgiveness.

And as far as being ‘blonde’ goes, I’ve got roots growing out that are platinum.(chuckling)
You are over half way there towards resolution right now! Because becoming AWARE of it, how our brains are on automatic most of the time, drawing on our past to create the present.
That’s why it is said “we’re living in the past”. And that’s why it is encouraged for us to endeavor to live in the Now!
By becoming AWARE of what is going on, you now have a chance to stop it, WHEN it starts. AS it starts.
Like whoa boy, reining in our horses….”we’re not going to go that direction *this* time. I take/took 3 deep breaths, in through my nose, out through my mouth. Slow breaths, concentrating just on those breaths.
Then I remind myself to get back into my EVER Loving Mind, because most of my preprogrammed reactions are preprogrammed on being out of it.
Simply not reacting is an altogether different response. A very Loving one made for love of ourselves.
Our habits cannot be broken, only replaced. So between 17-20 times of doing *this* technique, in simply not reacting, creates a *new* habit!

Sue Ann. Disregard my earlier request. I have found it. I need to keep it book marked, because it is like the 23rd Psalms to me.
