Blessings Sis And )
I just finished a book written by Shad Helmstetter named ” What To Say When Talking To Yourself”. It’s all about YOU! and how you feel about yourself and love YOU. Self talk is an awesome healer of past conditioning.
Wishing you grand everything!
You reminded me of an incident that happened just recently. It was in pre-op and the nurse was working with the hospital’s new computer touch pad system. She was sometimes asking me questions and at other times, talking herself through all the steps in the routine.
When all of a sudden she caught herself and turning beet red, said she usually didn’t talk to herself so much in front of other people. I grinned ear from ear and said she’s just shared with me how great a listener she was.
After that, we both broke up giggling, for it’s True! In order to talk to ourself we have to be a listener, too.
