Imagine a crown of Light upon your forehead, that radiates forth 7 flames of color.
Thinking of the first one on the left, say “I am Blue” and, imagine a sapphire expressing its brilliance.
Thinking of the next one, say “I am Yellow” and, imagine a topaz, of sunshine yellow.
Thinking of the next one, say “I am Pink” and, imagine a rose quartz with its soft pure pink.
Thinking of the one in the middle, say “I am White” and, imagine a diamond, expressing its purity.
Thinking of the next one, say “I am Green” and, imagine an emerald.
Thinking of the next one, say “I am Ruby” and, imagine a dazzling ruby.
Thinking of the last one, say “I am Violet” and, imagine an amethyst of deep purple.
To end, say “Seven times seven – I AM.”
Stay imagining each one for as long or as short as feels comfortable.
Do daily.
And very shortly you will find a sense of tremendous balance coming into your life.

What a great meditation, Sue Ann! I’ll do it this morning, and see if I can do it all week. I’m not feeling particularly unbalanced, but I did have a couple of recent heartbreaks that I could use some healing on.
I tried to see Laugh Joe and I think something must be missing on my computer to pull up the mp3 files
I’ll check into that later…see if I can fix it. HOWEVER, I sure do remember Dr. Demento! “Fish heads, fish heads, Rolly Polly Fish heads. Fish heads, fish heads, eat them up, YUM!”

Imainge them to be like little suns of their particular color. Like magnetic centers that draw into our individual worlds, the radiations of the qualities they represent.
Blue is the Power of Creation when functioning properly and expresses itself as a need for personal power, envy, etc., when it’s clogged.
Yellow is the Power of Illumination when functioning properly and has no ‘negative’ except for being undeveloped in most of us, the way we were taught to do. It is the symbolic ‘halo’ of Sincerity.
Pink is the Power of Divine Love. If it’s clogged, it expresses itself within us as lethargy, sloth, laziness, unwillingness, dragging our feet kind of thing, where our heart is not in it.
White is the Power of Purity. If this one is clogged, it expresses itself as insatiable desires for sex, lust, avarice, revenge, etc.
Green is the Power of Reason and expresses itself as intellectual arrogance, intimidation, etc., when it’s clogged.
Ruby is the Power of Peace. (You can substitute Gold, if you feel like it) With the Power of Peace comes complete protection against both fear and destructive desires of mankind, as well as, complete protection from the grasping nature of our own physical appetites. When this one is clogged, as it is in most of us, it expresses itself as greed, gluttony, covetousness and fear. It’s why we feel ’struck’ in our solar plexus whenever we become suddenly fearful.
And violet is the Power of Transformation, for neutralizing ‘negatives’. When it’s clogged it expresses itself as anger, malice, hatred, etc.
It’s like taking a shower in Light. As pleasant and necessary to our feelings of inner well being as taking a daily shower or bath is to our physical feelings of well being.
Far much EASIER then having to THINK, too.
And it works like *magic* but it’s not. It activates what’s within us, so what we’ve been seeking in our outer worlds to find, floods our worlds from within us. We find ourselves suddenly having, what we’ve spent most of our lives seeking to get.
I will send you the file by email and see if that works. I am lucky in that I have met Dr. Demento. We’re friends. I did a ‘reading’ for him, too, one day when he was in my brother’s office getting his back adjusted.
Typical…me and Dr. Demento would get along. He even volunteered to run ‘the board’ for me on a radio talk show format. But I didn’t have the slighest idea how I’d sell something like that. How it’s supposed to be presented. All I know how to do is listen really well and talk. And make people feel better about themselves when I do. But I tend to be a bit controversial in the attitude and perspective I share. And I’m not afraid to stir things up and rattle a few cages.
My ding-a-ling persona goes a long way without creating hard feelings usually. That’s what doesn’t come across via my blog: that I don’t try to hide the fact that in a lot of ways, I’m a ding-a-ling. My mind is not always where it’s “supposed” to be.
Just have FUN with the meditation {{Grace}}. Run with it as far as you want when you want. You can vary it, like traveling to 7 sacred pools, each pool lined with smooth colored gems and lapped in colored waves. Sink yourself in each pool and let the waves caress you…Sometimes you may not feel like staying in one color or various colors very long, so don’t. Just play with the colors… our Cosmic crayons.

You might surprise yourself greatly in as little as a week’s time if you do it regularly. Rhythm is VERY effective.
