Excellent {{sibbia}} !!!

The point is....the word "becoming", as in "Becoming a Divine Vessel".

It denies what Is and implies that we ARE NOT, already.

This is Denial.

And what it attracts is denial.

But when this denial shows up

We claim to be 'victims' of it.

I was going to respond to this via the comment you left on my blog (still will probably) but since I'm here...

A child of God can be compared to the acorn -- full of potential.

The acorn is MEANT to grow into a tree but numerous things can stop that growth. Poor nourishment, bad conditions, etc.

Likewise, we "humans" as children of God are MEANT to grow into that divinity, and numerous things can halt that progress.

God is an outside presence until we go within to find our own divinity and its source.

Until we have become realized in that way, we are not able to achieve our full potential.

I try to help others (and thereby myself) do so with my blog, and I have expressed that connection, in my Becoming A Divine Vessel series and a post titled none other than "You Are God!"

They can be found <a href="http://sibbia.wordpress.com/category/becoming-a-divine-vessel/" here </a>.
