Always Embraces All Ways

Exercise

There’s an exercise I used throughout the years that helped me immensely, when it came to seeing through the veils of my illusions.

I kept reminding myself that “ALL is Love”.

Especially in those cases where I couldn’t see it.   When this would happen, I would remind myself, ‘all is love’ while asking to ‘see’ it.   Upon asking,   the understanding would always come.  It may have taken at most 24 hours but, it came.

My reminder, to myself, was an Act confirming that I genuinely did desire to see.

    You’re Welcome {{Simon}}

I thought of something else. It’s something so natural in my life now that it has passed the stage where I have to consciously make an effort at it, …and that is The Breath.

    The 4-part Breath.

    Breathe in. This is inspiration.

    Pause.

    Breathe out. This is radiation.

    Pause.

The ‘pause’ gives us a moment to reflect upon what we are breathing in and what we are breathing out.

With each breathe we confirm our love for our own life.

Imagine with each breathe we breath more of our Spiritual Presence into us. It’s Spirit that comes in, that supplies our ‘lift’.

    Here’s the dance:

Spirit comes in….an infusion…we feel lighter then air, at the top of the world, blissfully optimisitic, then boom. Next we feel lower then we ever did before.

It’s what I call our trampoline dance. The higher our bounce, the more of a depression we make when we come down. Once we ‘see’ it as the trampoline dance, we become aware that the lower our depression, the more lift we’re going to get out of the next bounce.

Lots of us approach it like “Spirit you’re welcome to come into my house but don’t mess anything up.” And it doesn’t work that way.

An infusion of ‘Light’ results in density coming up and out. Like sending the Roto-Rooter guy to clear our pipes of clogs. It’s the up and out of these clogs, that form the basis of our depression. We feel things that we had locked away deep inside of us, we connect with these feelings, AS THEY ARE LEAVING.

This ‘dance’ is what has been known in history as an Initiation. We are Annointed with the “Rod of Intiation”. We receive a Spiritual Infusion, then our job is to integrate, ground and anchor it, before receiving another.

It’s what I compare to hooking an electrical transmission line directly into a toaster. The wiring in my toaster has to be re-fitted, if I don’t want to make toast out of my toaster. or a set of locks as we transverse a canel, going from one level to another. Only these levels are levels of quantum waves.

This is an excellent exercise. Very wise to do.

Thank you Sue Ann! That describes exactly what I feel is happening to me. So the ‘radiate’ part of the breathing exercise is clearing those feelings, I assume?

Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!

    Smiling…

‘in with the good and out with the bad”

Just breath. It’s that simple. No mental gymnastics required. That was the ‘old’ way.

Sue Ann: It does seem to come back to love, or perhaps, all remains in love but at times our perception. What a lovely reminder. Thank you.

    You’re absolutely right {{SE}} !!

It all comes down to our perception. Things look different from different angles, like the view from the space station looks a lot different then it does from down here.

A Child of God grows up…matures…and most of what we do not understand nor see as loving, is what it takes to actually cultivate and nurture this spiritual growth.

    Have a GREAT day!
