There’s an exercise I used throughout the years that helped me immensely, when it came to seeing through the veils of my illusions.

I kept reminding myself that “ALL is Love”.

Especially in those cases where I couldn’t see it.   When this would happen, I would remind myself, ‘all is love’ while asking to ’see’ it.   Upon asking,   the understanding would always come.  It may have taken at most 24 hours but, it came.

My reminder, to myself, was an Act confirming that I genuinely did desire to see.
