Love’s Extension

One day I was playing a game.  I asked myself, “If I was God, how would I expand my Kingdom?”  As I sat in contemplation an idea came to me and on its heels a story.

This is that story.

It’s about Value and it’s about Meaning.

Those of us born with sight have a certain value for it.  Most often we don’t even think about it.  We take it for granted.  Like having two arms and two legs.  We Value being able to see but it’s subliminal most of the time.

But a man born blind has a different value for sight.  It’s not something taken for granted.  The value he gives it is expanded, it is greater then what a sighted person would give it on a day-to-day basis. He feels its lack but cannot really miss it, for he never had it. His Value for it is made greater through it’s lack.

Now imagine a man born with sight that loses it.  This man KNOWS what he’s missing.  The Value to Him becomes even greater for the fact that he had it.

Taking it a step further, let’s say this man was miraculously healed and could see again. How much greater is his Value of it, since he spent so much time missing it?

How much greater his appreciation for it?  His feelings of Gratitude?  How much does he Value it now?

To “value” means to Love.  Expanding the Kingdom is adding greater meaning to it.

Instead of cursing ourselves for being blind..

Imagine the day when we will all see!

It’s impossible to be Intimate with an impersonal idea of Deity.

Pretend as if in a dream, you see a pyramid.  Above the door of this pyramid is written your name, so you walk right in.  This is your pyramid.

Inside you find all the comforts you can imagine.  Decorate it any way you please, giving attention to all sorts of details.  Marble floors, pillows, etc.  Whatever you’d like to imagine that would paint the inside of your pyramid as yours.  Your comfy place.  Safe and secure.  Nourished in opulence.

Inside your pyramid wil be a place for you to sit.  Make it your throne and go sit down.

Once you feel safely nestled in your throne room, start imagining a golden pyramid in the space above your pyramid.  And then imagine it slowly descending on top of yours until it finally comes to a rest, forming a kind of second skin made of gold.

Your Merkaba, or Light vehicle, is now in place, with you in it.  And from here you can imagine going anyplace you please.

Take a vacation.  Go to a tropical isle, to the mountains, wherever you’d like to visit.  Get out and explore, take your time,  use your imagination.   Then return to your pyramid when you’re ready and it will bring you back.

And you will come back, infused with all the feelings of your journey.  So make it a good one.  Enjoy yourself.  Have a good time.

Any time you’d just like to relax, any time you’d just like to feel a sense of security and safety, simply imagine yourself in your pyramid and imagine the golden one on top of it, with you sitting in the center.

Privileges

I just read a statement:

“health a basic human right or am I wrong”

And the answer I would give, is ‘No, health is not a right.  It is a privilege.’

A Right is something everyOne has.   Worldwide.

Having been born, we have a right to each breath we take.

Everything else is a privilege.

Simple Simon Said the Pieman

My wonderful friend {{Simon}} expressed he’d sure appreciate some clarity when it came to what I meant about ‘meditation’ being of the ‘old’ and therefore, not working or effective anymore.  A lot of us are going to be discovering that quite a few of the practices and modalities we used to use, don’t work any more, either.  For now, because it has been asked, I’ll clairfy what I meant about ‘meditation’.

Most of us have used ‘meditation’ as a means to mentally force reality into complying with our desires.  We’ve used it as a force.   A mental force.  Used to force our chosen perspective, onto our future.   I liken it to ‘push’.  And when reality pushed back, we simply pushed even harder.  But there was usually a time lag between us pushing and reality pushing back.  This time lag created an illusion that our meditations worked.   At least for a short while.

What I’m saying is that, without the time lag, they never really worked at all.  It only seemed like it for a very short while.  Nothing endured.  I compare it to having a pack of wolves at our door and firing a gunshot.  The wolves will scatter at the sound of the gun going off but, will be back if we don’t keep firing it.

ANY aspect of force, be it physical, emotional or mental, is having disasterous consequences, now that the new paradigm of Unity is in place.   With Unity, it’s PULL, not push.

This means use IMAGINATION, rather then just meditation.  Bring our HEART into play, into the action.  Don’t just visualize it.  FEEL it, as if it were.

For this FEELING, is what is going to attract that future into place.

Meditation is like flour and water.  Good for making glue to hold things together.

Imagination is like flour and water and sugar.  Adding the flavor makes paste into pastry.

Maybe when I was in Kindergarten I liked to eat paste but as I grew up my tastes became more refined.  I’d rather eat pastry any day.

So what do we choose?

Paste or pastry?
