Karma of Fire

Fire
Persistent Enthusiasm

Our sun is a huge sphere of luminous gas, heated to a gaseous state of 99% hydrogen and helium. It is 109 times the size of the earth. Tremendous weight puts great pressure on the sun’s layers. It’s gaseous state is maintained by the high temperatures generated at its inner core, with its thermonuclear reactions.

There is no distinct surface to the sun. The apparent surface we observe is illusion only. The gases themselves, prevent us from seeing into the sun’s inner core. What we see, is a seething and sloshing sea of gas.

Sunspots are areas where the gases are cooler then those of the surrounding area. Cool apathy.

Prominences are eruptions which shoot upward. Self promotion.

Flares are intensely bright spots on the surface. Anger.

The sun’s inner core is its heart and starting point of all its power. Just as our Spirit/Soul is the heart and starting power of all of us. Energy in the form of gamma rays radiate from the sun’s core toward its surface, 300,000 miles above. Our inner light, also sends forth tremendous energy to every part of our mind for the express purpose of illuminating us as to the real purpose behind physical existence.

Unfortunately, like the sun’s outer surface which has cooled down considerably on its journey from the inner core, so do we allow our physical bodies to cool down our inner light.

If we look at the physical characteristics of the sun, we will see a correspondence to the levels of our mind. The inner core is our Spirit/Soul. The first layer is our superconscious mind. In this layer, a bombardment by gas atoms produces a form of anesthesia which blocks impulses or knowing, coming from Spirit. Thus, our Soul’s light is reduced. The second layer corresponds to our subconscious mind, which is our storehouse of the past. Fears, errors, guilts, grievances and judgments, churn our light even further. By the time our inner light gets to the third and last layer, our conscious mind, we have dimmed our Soul’s light to the point that sometimes only in sleep do we receive impressions of what our inner being is really like. The energy of this last layer, our conscious mind, is reduced further by the impact of people and events upon it.

Like the sun, the light that ignites our passion for life deep inside of us has nothing to do with our surface appearance, our bodies. Some of the most beautiful people in the world appear ugly because of warped souls. Some of the most unattractive people in the world appear to be beautiful because of the beauty of their souls. We always have to remember to look beneath the physical surface, for our Spirit/Soul is our True Light.

Karma of Fire, would be our intentions for prominence and promotion of appearances. Especially, if these promotions are inequitable. If these promotions give rise to experiences of greater then and lesser then. (prominences & sunspots) With anger and petulance expressed when self exaltation is not gained. (flares)

Positive: creativity, vitality, determination, dignity, confidence and generosity

Negative: arrogance, cruelty, conceit, pomposity and aggression.

Is our enthusiam for Life persistent?

Or is it limited by surface appearances?

    Sue Ann,
I enjoyed your analogy of us and the Sun. Very good! Much wisdom in your writing. To answer your question, our enthusiam for life does vary at least until we awaken.

Mark, what’s SO important…is that we recognize our own enthusiam for life, even though it may mistakenly be directed in directions that don’t serve it. In this recognition, is the living PROOF of our Spiritual Identity.

A caterpillar and a butterfly are two different forms, displaying their enthusiam for life in different ways. While in a cocoon, both and neither caterpillar and butterfly are present. Yet the enhtusiam remains.

Whether being expressed through the form of caterpillar, cocoon or butterfly.

Enthusiam reminds me alot of ‘inspiration’.

    In-Spirit-ed…like Wayne Dyer talks about.

I very frequently have solar flares of the personality when I am in-spirit-ed. LOL :)

I put this post up here with YOU especially in Mind {{Grace}}. Look at the date. I didn’t know if you were mad at me or not and was attempting to convey my understanding of ‘FIRE’. What it TRULY Is.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. This ENTHUSIAM for Life is your Fire. That’s WHAT it is, in Essence, that you feel ALL the time!

Next time you even so much as doubt whether Spirit is with you AT ALL TIMES, get in touch with your Fire. And KNOW ‘it’ for what it is.

    {{hugs}}

Remember the importance of a spark plug {{grace}}. Without that spark, which you provide through your self expression, no engines would every run.
