How we relate to pigs is how we relate to abundance in our lives.
I LOVE CHANGE!
If we seek to understand the relationship our personality plays in our lives, we look to how we relate to dogs.
If we seek to understand the relationship our Spirit plays in our lives, we look to how we relate to cats.
We can dominate a dog but not a cat.
The pattern of the relationship we have with our Self, is the pattern that is reflected back to us in all the relationships in our life.
Hi Mark!
This is for you. I tried the other day when I mentioned it but the image would not upload. The server was having problems.
Here it is. I carved it in 1991. It’s a 5 inch wedge. I made a handful of smaller ones, too. They were 3 inch circular wedges that would rock back and forth, making it look like Mother was rocking her baby.
With your choice of Avatar, I thought you’d enjoy it.
Blessings,
Sue Ann
Pisces
The subject came up as a result of watching the movie “Zeistgeist” for the second time. While much was said about it, nothing of any in depth meaning was conveyed. Just the symbol of ‘a’ fish.
I mentioned to my husband that Pisces was correctly symbolized by TWO fish and behold, the movie presented historic representations, all I add, depicting two fish.
“See the cord?”, I said. “The cord that attaches the two fish?” That’s the golden cord that goes along with the silver bowl that Solomon talked about in reference to ‘a wise man’s eyes are in his head’.”
Remember your Creator before the
silver cord is loosed,
Or the golden bowl is broken.
Or the pitcher shattered at the
fountain.
Or the wheel broken at the well.
Then dust will return to the
earth as it was,
And the spirit will return to God who gave it.
Ecclesiastes 10:12 Verses 6-7
The cord is between the two fish, the golden bowl is consciousness, there’s Aquarius’ pitcher and, the wheel refers to the wheel of life. It’s all there, just like the movie says it is.
But there is always TWO fish. Connected by a cord. And portrayed as swimming in opposite directions. The top fish symbolizes Spirit, the bottom fish symbolizes personality. It’s the dust, for when our body dies, our personality is no more then a memory, like a good story we read once and now remember fondly.
The statement “The Father and I are one” refers to the achievement of getting both fish swimming in the same direction, in Unison. In co-operation. Personality under the direction and guidance of Spirit rather then in denial, competition and conflict with it.
If I was going to expand on the symbol itself, I’d picture one big fish on top connected to all little fishes on the bottom. For we are all of One Spirit and One Soul. That’s why new discoveries, new ideas and new inventions can spring up in a multitude of different places around the world with supposedly no physical connections. Big fish is always and has always been Sovereign and in control, no matter the games we little fish like to play with ourselves. Big fish simply has a different agenda. Our little fish perspective of resistance has a lot to do with what end of the big fish we’re looking at, based on the direction we’re heading.
I call it ‘hindsight’. And sensibly, if my hind is in sight, where is my head?
The Piscean Age refers to our realization of the One Big Fish. Since there’s only One, it is Creative Parent, of all little fishes. It is the ideation of the Brotherhood of Christ. The Principal of the Brotherhood of Man.
Since 980 AD, we’ve been in a sub-age of Virgo, the sign opposite Pisces. Virgo is the ‘bringing down to earth’ of the Piscean Principal, as we give birth to physical expressions of this Idea.
The flavor of Pisces is that of Spirituality, of Divine Connection. It infers completion of karmic cycles and new beginnings. It is our perspective as determined by our inner world. Most of which remains hidden, like sweeping dust under a carpet or light under a bushel, until something happens that blows the carpet or the bushel away.
This is what has been happening since late last year, when the planet ‘Uranus’, (there’s the tail end of that fish, again), entered into the sign of Pisces. Uranus’ flavor is eccentricity and always brings winds of change. These changes often come packaged in circumstances where we’re being squeezed, just to see what happens to come out from inside of us. Which way are our fish swimming?
If our fish are swimming opposite, then when we’re squeezed, some form of mental illness, some form of dis-ease, delusion, deception, distortion, indecisiveness, sympathy or self pity will come out. If our fish are swimming together, then when we’re squeezed, some form of faith, trust, conviction, knowing, belief, compassion or understanding will come out.
To integrate the fish, requires the versatility and flexibility of Mind that is symbolized by Gemini, 90 degrees or square Pisces, the sensibility and earthiness symbolized by Virgo, 180 degrees or opposite Pisces and the One-pointed Devotion to our goal symbolized by Sagittarius, also 90 degrees or square. The four signs form a grand cross or a doorway to our spiritual evolution.
These are quantum waves, that through their interaction, carry us to the next turn of the spiral in our evolution.
And a big squeeze in on, through the months of September, October, November, December and January.
