There are people even now, in my country, in my county, living without potable water. It's carried in. I know, because I used to do it.

My idea of 'fair' includes the concept of 'equitable'. And I'd like to start with our water. EVERYone gets to have the same quality of water as the least among us. I'd start first in my country, pulling bottled water off the market. Let everyone drink what's coming out of our municipal pipes.

Then maybe we'd see some changes.

The 'rubberband' between haves and havesnot is getting ready to snap. If we could actually 'see' the ends, AS ends of the same rubber band, it would lessen the impact, when all that tension is released.

This reminded me of an article I had read about water, in it is said that water will become what oil is now. I think this is beginning to already happen.
